Hello Mentor,

Thank you for taking the time to help our new Filipino nurse mentee. After watching the welcome video and Jean Watson’s overview of the Ten Caritas Process we will now start the first meeting via the Zoom link sent to you as per the appointed time.

Get to know your mentee and have some introductions. Share what you are doing as a Nurse and give a little background of yourself.

The discussion topic for week 1 is based on the Caritas process 1. Ask the mentee to share experiences from work that can be related to the Caritas process 1
