Press Requests
Media professionals who would like to apply for credentials to cover PNANV events or programs should read the media guidelines.
All approved media representatives must agree to the event guidelines and ticket policies. In some instances, approved members of the press may be asked to meet with PNANV staff prior to the festival.
Application Deadline
Application deadlines are listed next to each event/program on the application form. Each individual requesting credentials must complete their own application.
Qualifications
In order to be considered for press credentials, you must be on assignment with coverage secured. You may not complete an application for a “team” or multiple people. Generally, no more than 2 representatives from any one specific media outlet are approved.
Photography/Videography
Any photographer approved to take photos at an event agrees that photos shall not be sold. Assets (photographs, audio, and video) taken at the event will be for the exclusive use of news or promotional activities.
Credentials
We will contact you to confirm coverage and in some cases, may request an official letter.
Acceptance & Notification
We reserve the right to decline any requests for credentials. If your application is approved, you will be emailed check-in and on-site details.
On ticketed events
Approved press credentials will be sufficient to enter the event. However, on events with seat assignments or meals, the press pass does not automatically guarantee seat or meal allocations UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ARRANGED WITH THE ORGANIZER PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
